Upgrade to present security and alarm system from ADT
We had a new security system put in by Liberty and it took three tries by different reps, over three different days to get to a customer satisfactory place. Josh Hudson was sent out today August 12/17 to fix what was left in an unprofessional state. He was most helpful, professional, and very personable. We didn't feel pressure from being rushed through and he took time to give us a thorough tutorial on some of the things we either were not to sure of or were not aware of. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we now feel confident that the system is up and running to our satisfaction. If in the future we need someone to come to our home, we will certainly be asking for Josh personally. He is a credit to your firm and company. Thanks again Josh.
