I really want to give a 9.5 (as a joke), because it would be fun to bug Marc! :) Marc takes his work very seriously (which is a very good thing in his role).
In reality, I would give a 10.5 if possible, even though we had to have the team come back to 'touch up' a few areas with caulk. Justin, the lead on site, was amazing. It is not often you find that level of customer service, especially when you ask a company to come back to look at something. Mind you it was minor, a few areas that appeared to need a bit more attention. Justin made sure we were looked after and that the job was fully completed to our satisfaction. He represents the company in an exemplary fashion.

Also, Kat, the brains behind the scheduling and coordinating was a true pleasure to deal with. She listened to our scheduling concerns and worked with us with professionalism and a smile you see through the phone! She also made sure the site was clear in time for us to get to our concert the first night of work.

Would definitely have them back, for other work like siding, I don't plan on changes windows again for a long time!

We heard about SilverLine Exteriors from a friend who had good success with them and decided to give them a call a few months ago. Their senior estimator Marc came out quickly to give us a quote and went over all the options available, and described in detail the exact work that needed to be done to complete our project. I was impressed with the thoroughness of our meeting - nothing was left to chance with the quote, as opposed to another company I had who didn't bother to come out to measure and didn't describe in detail what was to be done. Once I compared the quotes I realized one of them had simply assumed we would do the painting of the door ourselves, which wasn't what we wanted.

On install day a month later, Colin came out exactly at the time promised and completed the work seamlessly. The door looks great now and we are happy we chose to go with Marc and his team at SilverLine Exteriors.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for doors, windows or siding.

The sales experience with Kevin was fantastic from start to finish, I got 47 windows replaced, added 2 new cut and insert windows, and had 2 sliding Patio doors replaced. I was given clear direction in regards to the installation, they did it just as Kevin said! They installed all of the units in 4 days, and then did all the finishing together in 1 day. Great show by Kevin, Justin, Chris and Hasib. 10/10

Kevin was very thorough in his presentation and his crew, Chris and Justin, were amazing and hard-working. Sam, Alice and Kevin showed up to supervise and lend a hand. We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend SilverLine to anyone. We will certainly use their services again. One piece of advice to homeowners and their pets: please stay out of the way and wait at least 24 hours before you start cleaning or you risk undoing some of their hard work!
