Had to update my review after I saw the main floor windows.
We decided to go with SilverLine Exteriors to replace all the windows in our house, after seeing that our neighbors had done the same. The upstairs windows were done well initially, but since it was raining, they told us the bay windows needed to be done later. That, in addition to the home expo they were attending, pushed back the installation process, and it seems the installations afterwards started getting a bit sloppy.
I noticed they used the corners of our walls as leverage for their pry bars, and as a result there are several windows with deformed corner beads. One wall had a huge chunk of drywall missing, and the installers slapped on some wall compound and called it a day. Another issue we overheard from the installers is that the person responsible for measuring the windows did a sloppy job, and as a result, one window required a lot more expanding foam than the others as the gap was much wider.
I was expecting some minor damage during installation, but not to this extent. If I had to do it again, I'd probably go with another company.
