Everything about this experience was amazing! The entire team worked with us from the get go to ensure that we made the best decision with regards to the right counter tops that suited our needs. They were very accommodating with all the different selections that we threw at them and in the end made a recommendation based on exactly what we were looking for. The appointment to get everything measured, was quick, efficient and the team also made a few recommendations based on what they saw that really added that special touch. Installation was quick, clean and everything fit like a glove. The team was super courteous when coming into my new home and were very careful with every move they made. They were extremely clean and tidy and it really didn't even look like anyone had done any work in the house! I also really enjoyed the fact that they walked us through everything they did explaining what they were doing and why. It really added that special touch and enhanced the experience. In the end, the overall product is beautiful! We are so happy with everything and would definitely work with the team again and again and again!!!! Would recommend them to family, friends or anyone who is asking for a team that is fairly priced, good at their work and overall awesome to work with!

Hired Chris and Russell on the recommendation of a friend. They incorrectly measured the space, cut the slab to the wrong size and then mangled the miter cut. The cut lines at each of the 4 corners of the island are about an inch and a half thick and glued together with glue that isn't even close to matching the colour of the quartz. They also mangled the build up all the way around the edge of the counter. There is a glue line highlighting the entire outside edge of the counter and island. The corners and the buildup glue lines are the only thing you can see when you walk into our kitchen now.
When we said to Chris.. you can't leave it like this. We've spoken to many people and this is not an acceptable not to mention safe way to leave a
counter top he responded by saying "I don't care what anyone else thinks is industry acceptable. We do this for customers all the time and no one has been unhappy with it". We arranged a meeting at our house to discuss this with Chris and he called just before to say he wasn't coming nor was he going to do anything about our complaints. We've spoken to a few companies about fixing North Stone Granite's work but no one will touch it. They say it is unsafe because the parts of the stone that are glued together are like a razors edge and therefor would not withstand the work required to repair it. Have a look at the pictures and decide for yourself if you think anyone would be happy with their work.

Also an update, the counter top actually is bowing now. There is about 3/4 - 1 inch difference in height from either corner of the counter to the middle of the counter. When I tried to reach out to Chris regarding this he would not get back to us. What a nightmare it has been to "work" with these guys. We will be taking them to small claims court.

Removal of old laminate countertop and installation of quartz countertop. In addition, they also installed the kitchen sink.

My Fiancee and I recently bought our home and NorthStone gave us our dream kitchen. They managed to complete a perfect rip out and install in our condo building which can be difficult for a number of reasons. I have never had this go so smoothly and this is my third condo.

Chris and Russ were unbelievable to work with and during a nerve-racking reno project, they really made things easy for us. Always on time,

Chris, along with another tradesman, installed a quartz countertop 2 years ago. They provided prompt service, efficient installation, and thorough clean-up. Unfortunately, a crack in one corner surfaced this March and upon sending a photo and address, Chris said he would come by within a week or two. Since that time, there have been several periodic voicemails and texts to the company and Chris. A response has not been received or the crack repaired. North Stone Granite has earned Home Stars ratings awards for Best of 2018 and 2019, and so one would expect to receive follow-up service that mirrors this accolade.

Chris and his team are great, very professional and offered sound advice for looks, durability and even resale value. Will definitely continue to use North Stone Granite.
