We are very happy with the quality and service. We were given many options to choose from, samples were brought to our home to confirm, product was very reasonably priced.

We hired Chris to replace our old countertops in our kitchen and both bathrooms in the winter of 2017 (see photos below).

Chris was very accommodating with our schedules and was able to do the quote and installation after 5:00pm which was a huge bonus for us.

In the end, we ended up with great looking countertops at an amazing price.

North Stone granite shared a large selection of quartz for our kitchen counters and island. After we selected the colour, the counters were installed within 5 days. The quality of workmanship was awesome. They were extremely friendly and polite throughout the entire process.

Chris and Russ made 2 visits to review samples with us as we were not really ready to make a decision on their first visit. They were extremely patient while we considered their vast array of samples and pictures. We then visited the Manufacturers to see full slabs of our favorites.
Again, Chris and Russ were very patient while we sourced our own sinks and went out of their way to pick them up from me near my work.
From this point it was a quick turnaround to make the countertops and then the job was installed in one day (Kitchen counters, Island and Laundry Room).
The end result is a fantastic looking Kitchen that we receive compliments on from anyone who visits our new home. Definitely recommend Northstone to anyone looking for custom work and awesome customer service.

Chris and Russell did a fantastic job. They not only did a fantastic job but were professional even though my house was a bit chaotic with painters also working and two dogs barking at them! We could not be any more happier with Chris, Russell and the NorthStone team. They just finished our countertops (literally maybe 30 minutes ago) and everything looks fantastic. We had asked Chris how quickly their turn-around was to complete a usual job and he had mentioned they COULD do it in 5 days (depending on how big the job I would assume). My fiance and I are trying to move back into our condo within the next two weeks, so we were working on really tight timelines. We met with Chris Monday, received our quote Tuesday, and it's now Friday and we have a beautiful new quartz countertop!

We are extremely happy with the personal experience. They put the effort into coming to actually look at the space - which for us was a plus! All the other countertop guys asked me for pictures and measurements. I felt like I was not worth their time.
