Great Customer Service and execution! Salesman Jordan was very informative and thorough when explaining all types of products to chose from. I was very pleased with the quality of product and the price! If I would have gone to a competitor it would have cost me almost double. Blinds arrived on the delivery date as promised, and installation was arranged the next day. It was great that they were able to work around my busy schedule. A true pleasure to do business with, I couldn't be happier!

I wanted my bedroom to be as dark as possible, but with a stylish solution that was easy to use. Kevin recommended the top-down bottom-up blinds (photos) and the bottom-up feature also offered me more privacy as I live on the ground floor. Kevin was very helpful during our first conversation and then came to my home and presented all of the options. He helped me make an informed decision and then booked a day to take precise measurements, after which the blinds were ordered. A couple of weeks later they were professionally installed by his experienced installer. I'm very happy with the blinds and wish I had called Kevin instead of Home Depot a couple of years ago. Kevin is the first person I'll contact if I decide to replace the rest of my blinds.

The condo had wrap-around windows so privacy was an issue. Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with on this project. From the get-go, Jordan responded in a professional, timely fashion.
