I had been without heat for a week but from my initial telephone contact at 11:15 AM the customer service I received was stunning. I received a call-back from a salesman within a half-hour. When he learned of my needs, he gave me a time that he would be arriving to take photos and measurements . . . he followed up with a phone-call estimating his time of when he was on his way, and actually arrived ahead of time. He told me installers would arrive at my home at 8:30 AM the next morning . I asked how long the installation should probably take, and he said about six hours. The following more, the installer arrived at precisely 8:28 AM and his helper shortly after in spite of having a long commute. (from Burnaby and Maple Ridge to Abbotsford). Both efficient and pleasant young men, they took precisely six hours to complete their work, and cleaned up afterward.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company––especially after having had a bad experience with a local company.

In the midst of winter our old furnace decided to call it quits. The folks at Thomson Industries quickly helped specify the best furnace for our needs and have the new one installed all in a matter of two days. Not often do you get best service at the best price but with Thomson we sure did.

We moved into our new home in mid December. The home was built in 1992 and though the furnace worked it sounded like a freight train whenever it started up. The hot water tank couldn't heat enough water to fill the tub so we knew we needed some help. The two gentlemen who did the work were both knowledgeable and skilled at their trade. They were polite and hardworking. Honestly a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, Bruce who came out to give us the quote was also knowleable and personable. Overall a very positive experience. Our house is warm and my tub is full!

The installers arrived on time, introduced themselves, looked at the project and commenced their work. They were very professional and polite throughout the whole day. We are enjoying the new furnace. The control panel is easy to use and the furnace is efficient and quiet.

Furnace was emitting 500+ppm CO from exhaust. Fortis came and red tagged furnace and shut gas off. Phoned Jan. 8th in the evening and left a message with an answering service. Tuesday Jan. 9th morning I received a phone call for a service appointment. I decided instead to go with a new install. I was put in contact with Rob Collins, who immediately dealt with my situation. He booked Charles to come and do a measurement on Tuesday during the day. He was on time and professional. The full install was completed on Wednesday January 10th. They were there on time and were ultra-professional. Very happy with every aspect of customer service.

We were very happy with the company, reasonable price on our new Lennox furnace and how quickly they scheduled the install. We received exceptional customer service. Everyone from Rob(sales), Crystal(Office Staff), Dave (Operations), Sanjay,Drew,Jonathan and Jarred(installers). Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have an older home so installation was more complicated and installers spent extra time to ensure it was done in one day. I would definitely recommend Thomson Industries to my friends and family.

I Purchased Daikin Furnace one month ago (from Nov 20-2017 to Dec 20-2017) I've had serviced out three times. These were problems with thermostat shows away excessive retries (error code EO) and too much water inside DC fan motor. The furnace still stopped working Dec 24-2017????????
