Thomson installed the new Daikin air conditioner a couple of weeks ago. The service was fantastic from the quote to the install. The job was done on time as booked and all the fellows doing the install, the electrician and the HVAC guys were great. They cleaned up everything afterwards really well. This is the third install from Thomson, they also did the new furnace and tankless water heater a couple of years ago. They did a yearly maintenance on the furnace and water tank again with great service and friendly staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Heating/Air Conditioning services.

Very pleased with the all around instalation, wiring, furnace, permit, exhaust, system explanation and follow up.

the two guys that came were great. they worked hard the whole time there were there. the only thing I see that I was wondering about is. when we got our estimate I was told a new control box will be put in to replace the one we had in the living room.

The installers for the unit we're very knowledgeable, tidy and respectful.
The electrical sub-contractor was not so tidy as they had to drill several holes through the floor joists and left without doing any clean up. There were wood chips all over.
The Thomson Industries installer was so concerned that he stayed longer and vacuumed up the electricians mess.

Supplied and installed a home air conditioning unit. Guys were polite, friendly, and efficient. Did a great job!

There were a few errors:
1) Cut ABS pipe & joined the 1 1/4 copper pipe with a 1 1/2 to a 1 1/4 connector - cut the copper on an angle leaving it not fitting - 8pm visit to Rona to get a fermco sleeve to fix it
2) Intake & Exhaust piping - ran them to tight to a copper water line - wedging the shut off so that it could not be closed - caused a trickle leak in the shut off stem - we called & they fixed it
3) Did not place the exhaust pipe 12" away from the intake pipe on the exterior of the house - didn't pass inspection and had to return to fix it

We were very happy with the prompt and professional service. We would definitely use them again.
