We have been doing business with Ray for the past 4 years now. I second all comments that praise his customer service. Even 4 years down the road all we needed to do was place a call, and Ray was there to help in person. Would put in a recommendation any day !

His price was very competitive and hardware has 2 years warranty as well with 2 support calls included/year in the price which is good value for the money and the service he is offering.
