We were looking to install security cameras for our home and didn’t have to think twice to call Ray (Total Security Co) since he installed our alarm monitoring system 10 years back and we were always pleased with his service.
Ray is very knowledgeable and what I like the most in dealing with Ray is, he explains everything upfront including price (Absolutely no hidden charges), quality of cameras, warranty, etc.
Other aspect stands out is, his after-sale service, he will answer our phone call or returns calls promptly, he will listen to all our questions patiently and resolve our concerns.

We contacted Ray in early January about installing security cameras at our home. He came promptly. He gave us a great quote. He installed the security cameras in short order (and not in ideal weather conditions). And when we had an issue with understanding how to access the cameras remotely, he was quick to return our call, attend at our home and troubleshoot the problem. We are extremely satisfied with Ray and his can-do attitude. We would not hesitate recommending Total Security (and, in fact, have already done so).
