Hi had my security installed. Was greatly appreciated. Great service and great job done. Will definitely ask back if I need anything else done.

I contacted them for home theater setup in my basement. The work involved ceiling mounting the projector and wall mounting the speakers, etc.

Very happy with the quality of work. Work was done very professionally with attention to details and in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to ensure that the setup looks clean and sophisticated. Ray and his companion are good to work with and they know their job very well.

Ray came within a day to provide options and quotes. He's very informative and patient. He booked us the first available (warm enough) day and kept us up to date with orders and expectations. I contacted Total Security to replace my existing alarm installation as I was unhappy with my previous provider. I also had a new camera system with DvR installed.
I am extremely pleased with the value for my money, and the professionalism shown by Ray. He took the time to ensure that my wife and I were aware of what he was doing and that we understood how everything worked. The owner of this firm advised the monitoring company he used “lost his money”. However I was advised by the monitoring firm that Total Security had neglected to pay their bill for quite sometime and my monitoring service was going to be discontinued. That explained why Total Security wanted me to pay my annual bill 4 mos. early. That said, we discovered that this firm had locked our system. When we asked for the code fro Total Security they would not provide it. Hence rendering our system useless in its current state. I would not recommend this firm at all. Buyer beware.

Ray did a good job in taking over the security system monitoring of my place (no video) . He came recommended by a friend and he lived up to the expectations.

Though he ended up spending more time on the job than he had anticipated, he ensured that the job got done . Would be happy to recommend him for any one looking !
