Daniel came and inspected the areas of concern, advised against testing on areas he could for certain tell had no asbestos and recommended testing an additional area which he believed may contain asbestos. Following the sampling we were given a written report outlining that we had asbestos and the procedures that were required. Daniel completed the Hazardous Materials Survey and Sampling Report prior to my substantial renovation. Upon the discovery of asbestos in the basement, he has been extremely informative and was very patient with all my questions. He also gave me very good referrals to the asbestos removal team.
