Called this company to remove an opossum from my backyard. They were prompt, professional, friendly and low cost. My kids were very happy to have their yard back.

After I spotted a bedbug, Pest Protection Plus came right away and treated my apartment. They did a thorough search and followed-up a few weeks later. I never had an issue with bedbugs again. Excellent treatment and customer service!

I purchased a brand new patio set, and within the first week all of the cushions had been torn to shreds! It was obvious that it was an animal that had chewed/clawed at the cushions. A neighbour of mine had used pest protection plus for ant extermination and had a discount coupon he passed on to me.

After talking to the company on the phone and confirming that the animal will not be harmed, they came put and set a trap.

The raccoon was caught, I called the 25/HR number and they came out and picked up the raccoon!

Very responsive, the workers were very friendly and clearly had a passion for working with animals. I will use and recommend them to friends and family for sure!

I was scared out of my skin when I discovered this creature in my garage! From the moment Anthony arrived I felt much better. He was very friendly and he took the time to explain what possums are, what their traits are and that I shouldn't be afraid. From the inspection, he discovered there was a hole in my siding which is how the possum probably got in the garage, so he put steel mesh over the hole to prevent this from happening again. I was worried that the animal would be scared and they wouldn't be nice to it, but Anthony explained that they humanely catch and release them in a wooded area.
I am so thankful that he solved the problem and put my mind at ease. What began as a horrible, frightening experience ended up as an informative, enjoyable and positive experience.

I just moved in my recently renovated house and on the fourth night I heard a raccoon in the attic. I did a Google search and Pest Protection Plus was one of the first names that showed up. I called them primarily because they were open 24/7 (it was 10pm when i called). The rep (Ben) advised that a technician would arrive the next day between 1-3 and he did. After a good look on the roof the technician (Anthony) proceeded to inspect my attic to determine if the raccoon was still there. He believed that he/she/they vacated the premises and would return in a few days to install mesh over the vent opening.

I called back on Sunday and they returned the next day to install the mesh as promised for no additional charge.

Pest Proetction Plus was most professional throughout this process and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has "pest" issues.

I have now used Pest Protection Plus one 3 different occasions, all have been nothing short of excellent. The first experience was when we had a mother raccoon and her EIGHT babies living in our attic above our bedroom making a ton of noise. The company responded fast and dealt with the issue the same day. The reason that I would recommend Pest Protection Plus to anyone is because of the professionalism and integrity the workers showed. We dealt with 3 different people, and all of them treated the raccoons humanely, gently and showed compassion.

I have also used them to eradicate bedbugs in a rental property and just recently to get rid of mice. All services were timely, effective for the long term and very reasonably priced, highly recommended!

We hired these guys to remove a bird stuck in our chimney. They took 15 mins to remove the bird and put a wire mesh around the chimney cap on the roof. They also found a damaged vent cap on the roof and suggested squirrels may have inhabited our attic. We recommend inquiring about and using their service. Price below is all-in. May be there was a cheaper way to deal with this situation, but we could not find a more competitive rate in a quick search.
