Peter is thorough, professional, and effective. Of the various wasp control specialists with whom I spoke, he was the only one to recommend examining and sealing potential entry points inside of the house (where the wasps could be entering and causing damage) and also worked hard to get to the source of the problem on the exterior. Other pest control companies might just dust or spray the general problem area and leave it at that. I appreciated Peter's going over and above in delivering excellent service. This was our first time using Peter - found through HomeStar reviews like this one - and he will be our top choice going forward for pest control issues.

We were (and still are) pleased and grateful to have called Power Pest Control Toronto for our carpenter ant problem. We exhausted natural ways to rid of the ants entering upstairs (turns out we also had moisture inside the walls in one corner of the house the ants were congregating around). On May 9th, 2022, Peter came, assessed inside and outside of the house, made suggestions, and looked after the problem (sprayed, etc). We found Peter punctual, professional, a great source of information about pests, etc, and friendly. So far, we have only seen a fee carpenter ants (maybe stragglers) and other pests either dead or dying. We would call Peter again for any future pest issues and would highly recommend him to others! Peter was so thorough. I've had many pest companies over the years and he was the only person who took the time to look at the exterior and interior of the home to see where the mice could be coming in from. He even looked at my neighbor's exterior house (semi) and gave recommendations so that the problem could be improved for both of us! No false promises or excuses.

He was extremely thorough and didn't cut any corners. Left bait traps, gave me a ton of advice that made absolute sense on how to better proof my home. He wass willing to accommodate my requests for follow up and was very personable. Thanks so much Peter. Feeling hopeful!

Peter is awesome! From the moment we placed our first call with regards to the noise in our attic, he was super responsive and arrived the next day. We are new home owners, and did not know who to call for our pest problem. We contacted Peter during the holidays, and he fit us in. He explained the products he uses, did a thorough walk through of our home. He then came back for a follow up. The problem has been solved, even though it was a fairly significant problem for the previous owners. I would recommend Peter to anyone, as he is someone I trust.

I had wasps flying into my soffit outside my bathroom window for over a month. I’d find 3-5 wasps in my bathroom daily. I called power pest control and initially were to arrive on a Wednesday but I received a call the morning of saying rain is in the forecast that day and the following two day, and to rebook the following week. We rebooked and power peat showed up as agree. They sprayed the area and cleaned up after so that no residue was visible. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Peter helped us with a difficult wasp removal from inside our bedroom ceiling. He offered advice over the phone and came right away late int the day when unfortunately the wasps made it through the ceiling into the bedroom. He even came back and sprayed again as with the hole in the ceiling,there were still a few stragglers coming through. Would definitely call him again.

Wasps had made a nest in our wall through a space in our brick. So of course I went on YouTube and tried to solve it myself! Big mistake!!!
