Courteous. Informative and noticed a very bad problem. That the only safety mechanism had been bypassed. Bill corrected the issue and fingers crossed the fireplace started. 1990s model which some parts are not available anymore.
Very thankful and was perfectly reasonable.

He arrived on time, covered the working area on our hard wood floor, explained everything he was doing, checked/cleaned/painted whatever needed doing and left our home as clean as it was when he arrived. He explained how our fireplace could be a lot more energy efficient in terms of maximizing heat and we proceeded with his recommendation, which made total sense, should have done that years ago. He took the time to explain everything to us, was very courteous, and above all left us feeling that we had hired the best man/company for the job. Checked the electronics as fireplace would not ignite. Found and repaired problem. Took the fireplace components apart and cleaned the whole unit and painted portions of the fireplace box as needed. Looks great and everything working well now.
