Bill was fantastic! He explained the whole process to me while repairing our gas fireplace. He was very thorough, checking and cleaning the entire unit, as well as telling me about the safety features I did not know about. When he was done, the fireplace worked wonderfully (it hasn't worked properly in 6 years)! He even cleaned the glass for me and gave me tips on the care and future maintenance. Bill did a great job cleaning and servicing our gas fireplace. Would highly recommend to everyone! Very knowledgeable and courteous, he cleaned everything, touched up all of the missing paint and added extra "coals" to make the fireplace look great!
