Bill Luke has made my house safe! In the four years I have lived here and with a previous cleaning by another company (that resulted in the fireplace being put back incorrectly) I now have a safe and clean burning unit. The gas fireplace was covered in soot and had covered the opposite wall with a sooty film. Bill worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Heatsafe.

Had a gas fireplace that wouldn't ignight. Bill called to confirm he could arrive earlier than scheduled as he was running ahead of schedule, and he immediately identified the issue. He attempted to fix the unit to save me money, but unfortunately a full replacement of the mechanical parts was required. He not only cleaned and installed the parts but he touched up the inside of the fireplace box and cleaned everything so it looks like new. And works like a charm. He kept the job site clean to protect my floor and carpet and when he left there wasn't a thing out of place. Excellent service and will use Bill again and would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Bill arrived on time, & was truly interested in what the reasons were that we contacted him. He explained what he was going to be doing & why. In a matter of less time than I thought it would take he took a fireplace that was not functioning, dirty, & unattractive & turned it into a beautiful show piece in our Living Room. Way beyond our expectations.

Very friendly and capable. The work ended up costing more as we got a fan and remote installed and are now waiting to see how the new additions help make the house more fuel efficient.

We have used Bill's services for at least 15 years. This past visit was to a new home that we purchased. He checked over and cleaned the fireplace and we also purchased and had him install a remote for the fireplace. Bill is always reliable, accommodating and very personable to deal with. He's a busy guy but we would highly recommend him!
