They remove the chimney and looks amazing like new , they fix the holes and you can’t tell it was a chimney there I highly recommend Aaron, he worked very professional , Iam very satisfy with the job

I had 3 companies come in to review my project needs and provide quotes. Aaron impressed me immediately as he walked and talked us both through what he would do to fix the "apparent" issues. His pricing was good and accurate for what we thought the issues were.
The project became problematic from day 1 with extensive damage revealed once the ceiling in the Dining Room came down and we got into the attic and walls: with extra need to reinforce the roof and interior structure that resulted in extra supports needed down to the basement. I also added to their scope based on the quality of their initial work to ensure that the entire roof was supported; as it is a mix of flat and slope.
Aaron and his team were cheerful and handled all the new surprises with grace and humour.
I also need to go through the Dining Room (which was ground zero) in order to access the rest of my living space, and so they provided me with a great zippered airlock system to access other parts of the house while keeping the dust and debris to a minimum. They also allotted time at the end of each day to clean up. That clean up was worth its weight in gold for me!
The project was a beast and a beautiful job was done.
I would hire Aaron again in a heartbeat for future jobs.

I was moving into a small condo that was dated and completely lacking kitchen storage. I met Aaron at the site before I even moved in. He was kind, relaxed and knowledgeable. He designed a beautiful galley kitchen redo plus a wall of desperately needed storage and display shelves. It is exactly what I wanted. Both bathroom vanities were also replaced as well as a poorly working sliding closet door. There were some electrical kinks to consider and a balcony that needed steps built just to access it properly. Oh, those steps! I would never have been able to even function here without the work that was done.

Aaron and Stefan did an amazing job of installing LVL beams and all necessary supports in place of a load-bearing wall. From Aaron's initial assessment it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and diligent. He took his time inspecting my house and making sure that he took everything into consideration. What he recommended ended up being exactly what the engineer recommended. Aaron and Stefan also explained every aspect of what they were doing and why and I greatly appreciated this. They always ensured that they cleaned everything up at the end of each day and they were very polite and friendly. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. We would recommend them highly.

This is the second time we used City Edge for our renos and once again they did an awesome job. They were very clean, paid attention to detail and made sure everything was going according to plan. I would use them again for sure.

Aaron and his team were taking care about all smallest details during the project - they all are perfectionists - waste free demolition, perfect walls patching, smart and with accordance to the code electrical work, art quality wood patching, accurate painting of walls and all trims.

City Edgepoint again completed a fantastic job. We were looking to remove a load bearing wall located between our family room and kitchen to provide an open concept. This was the second time using them because we were so impressed with their workmanship and great service. Aaron was great at listening to what we were looking for and creating exactly what we had envisioned. Aaron cares about the work he’s doing, doesn’t take short cuts and provides you with the best possible end product for a reasonable price. He communicates with you every step of the way and is very respectful in your home, making sure he leaves a clean and safe area at the end of the day. We are extremely pleased with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Basement: demo, drywalls, electrical. Aaron and his team are very professional, thorough, and consultative in their approach. Always tries to find the best solutions vs. what's easiest to do. Extremely tidy and organized.

When i moved into my new house, the backyard was falling apart. It had rotted balcony beams, the foundation was cracking and the grading was sloped towards the house. It was not a serene or pleasant place to hang out but Aaron and team changed all of that. He worked within the budget and timelines we agreed to at the beginning and was very respectful not to disrupt my mom life after work hours. I am so appreciative to have a nice space for my child to play and for my friends and family to hang out in. Thanks Aaron!

We had a moisture problem in our basement (thankfully, NO mold!) so we decided with Aaron to remove all the old insulation and framing to let the basement dry out. Aaron and another gentleman showed up and before starting, they covered everything in the basement with tarps. Within a couple of hours they removed all the insulation and framing from our basement. They also swept up all the debris. Very clean work!

Will be calling them back in 2-3 weeks to put up new framing and insulation.
