Lawn Troopers

My mother used to have a a beautiful garden. Pictures of it could have been in a magazine. Unfortunately she passed away and the garden was left and became unkempt.
I hired Lawn Troopers. Jade, Audrey and Finn were the crew that came to sort out the garden. They all worked extremely hard to help bring it under control. Jade and Audrey are extremely passionate gardeners and take great care in what they do. I can wholeheartedly recommend them both.

I was so happy to see all the work that Audrey and Jade did for me in my garden. There were a number of bushes and shrubs that needed a big clean up and they did the work quickly and well and were a joy to communicate with.

I have been a client of Lawn troopers for a number of years. Initially I was reasonably satisfied, although I have had to bring up things like closing the backyard gate and even pointing out that the backyard was not cut. I'm the past 2 years however I have seen a large change in the quality and professionalism of staff that has been coming up cut my lawn. They don't trim weeds and allow them to grow in the grass, they spend more time looking for "excrement" than actually cutting the grass and they have almost always left trimmings all over my driveway and yard. I also have been using their weed control services for the yard and have seen little up no change in the level of weeds in my yard.

This week was the final straw as there was 20+ "poo" flags in my backyard which I removed and 90% had nothing under them except a leaf or twig.

It's unfortunate when a business grows that it's reputation can drop drastically due to poor quality staff. Here's hoping that this review will serve to help them get back on track at focusing on quality and customer service over profits and cutting corners.

Alexander and Jamal were amazing!!

They took a very overrun front garden and make it look brand new! Everyhing I asked to be done was done to a very high standard. They were both personable and engaging and clearly great at their jobs. I continue to get great comments from my neighbours.

I would like to thank Jamal and Johnathan for the great work they did cleaning up the many crabgrass type weeds on my side patio and the many weeds in my side garden and for trimming serval bushes. It was a very hot day and kudos to them for working so hard under these circumstances. They are lovely and polite young men so thanks again guys Joan

I Started using Lawn troopers two weeks ago and so far have been very pleased. HAYLEY and JANELLE came on both occasions and were exceptional. They were efficient, very tidy, respectful and ensured everything was 100% before they left.
I reached out to the office and made a few requests prior to my second visit, and sure enough things were completed well beyond my satisfaction.

This is an amazing company! Staff (Jade and Audrey) were super efficient, reviewed all options, made recommendations where asked, and gave an all around positive experience. Definitely will be continuing with this company!

Excellent staff and planting! Very courteous and professional. Arrived on time and worked hard without breaks and great results!
