Potlight Expert

I had Potlight Expert install 9 pot lights in my living room, move the switch, and replace a new light fixture over my main stairwell. They were very quick (around 1.5 hours) and professional. I'd use them again if installing more pot lights in the future.

Hossein and his team did an amazing job installing 13 potlights in our living room. They showed up exactly on time and covered our entire living room. Hossein walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. The wiring was done in a flash and the job was completed within a couple of hours. His team even went out of his way to fix a broken light fixture in our bedroom. They swept and vacuumed everything and left the living room without a trace that they ever there. We will definitely be using Hossein for future lighting jobs.

Outstanding Service and reasonable prices. I originally called this company to get a quote on pot-lights for my kitchen. I asked for a few other items to be quoted and they did an excellent job.

Examples include:
-moving the 40AMP outlet where my double wall ovens were being installed.
-moving the electrical outlet where my fridge which was being relocated.
-pre-wired my valance lighting and recommended someone who would install the lighting after my cabinets were installed
-shifted the light fixture over my dinette so it was centered over the table
-lowered the dryer outlet that needed to be underneath the new counter
-replaced old electrical outlets with Decora outlets and screwless plates
-installed 9 potlights. Holes were patched and ready for painting.

While they were in my home they also completed a few other items. Examples include
-lifting the double ovens into place after the electrical was completed
-installing a fan timer that I had purchased for the powder room
-fishing my Ethernet wire through the ceiling as it was being relocated

They were friendly, polite and cleaned up afterwards. For sure, the best I've had to deal with. Will call them back anytime and highly recommend their work. Easily a 10 out of 10.

I called Hossein after reading the positive reviews on here. He was very response, explained everything over the phone and his prices were very good. We agreed on the work to be completed and booked an appointment for this morning. Hossein and his crew arrived promptly at 8am just as he had committed to when we booked. He went through the various lighting options/colours with me and explained how each would look. The crew was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and planned everything out, and got my buy in before starting the work. Within 2.5-3 hours, they had installed 27 pot lights throughout my home along with 3 dimmer switches! They took the time and cleaned everything up after they finished. Im extremely happy with the end result, so much so that they will be returning in November to install another 18-20 potlights!

Hussein installed pot lights for our kitchen last year and he did such a great job that we called him again to install pot lights in our finished basement. Hussein walked us through the install process, advised us on where best to install the potlights and how many we would need to meet our requirements. Then he showed us which style potlight would be suitable for the space. They even removed the fluorescent lights that were there before. He and his crew were very professional. The job was completed promptly and the room was left clean when they were done.

The team has been a pleasure to work with, from scheduling the appointment to the actual work.

Read positive reviews on Homestar about Potlight Expert and decided to hire them. The work involved was external potlights, Interior living family, dinning , entire basement. Hossein and his team arrived on time, walked through all the rooms, provided options. while they worked the team took very good care of the house , everything was well protected by them, house was left clean . Work was very neat and top notch quality. Just the correct amount of lights were suggested and the end result was perfect lighting for each room.
