The install for our shutters went well. But then I received a call from Adriano as to where my payment was for the shutters. I had given a cheque 3 weeks prior to the installer. He never returned the call to confirm he got the cheque.
Over the last few weeks I notice that light was getting through the shutters. I opened one but with great difficulty. It was jammed in the frame. I went around my home to each shutter and they all seem to have
shifted. Some won't close without a lot of difficulty.
I spent the entire day on Tues Feb 7 trying to get hold of someone. Finally a reply guaranteed that they would be at my home before noon as I had an appointment. No one showed. I called Adriano and he
said oh, didn't an installer come by? No one did.
He once again guaranteed he himself would be here
first thing this morning. Once again, no show and no reply! Very unprofessional. I once again called him and
he said he had a family emergency. Well, why no phone call to reschedule or an apology. Nothing. This is not good customer service. I spent a lot of money and I want my shutters to work. I'm sincerely hope we get this rectified.
To update:
I spoke with Adriano. He told me he would be doing me a favour to come and check out the shutters. He said he should be charging me for a repair!! What? After six weeks?
He told me to remove the review. He was belligerent. He was downright nasty. I told him when we were available to fix it and he said he isn't. I don't think , in my opinion, he intends to fix the shutters. After spending nearly $4500, I think we deserve much better customer service. Do you not stand behind your product? Bullying tactics are not a viable option. I'm in a new build and I certainly can't with all good conscience recommend this company to any of my neighbours. I'm certain within a minute or so from now, after this is posted, I will be receiving another barrage of nasty texts. I just want what I paid for... shutters that close and if I open them I don't need brute strength to make it happen.
