We were referred to this company by a carpet cleaning company we used. The builder's installation was shoddy to say the least. Tim showed up on time had all the necessary tools and was able to make our carpet look like new in a couple of hours. He had to navigate a couple of larger obstacles in ourr small condo Bedroom but did so without complaint or additional charges. I would certainly call on this company again or refer them to friends.
