Ars Repair & Installation

The valve on my AEG washing machine was failing, so Adi Z. diagnosed the problem, and bought the part to fix the machine. He is very professional, and a very nice person, which made the repair process go very smoothly. As Adi said the machine is in good condition, so fixing it would be a good option, which I did. I would have also needed to buy a new dryer as well, and this would have been very costly. I am so very happy to have found this repair centre. The company that I bought the machine from was not useful at all, and actually let me call some place in Quebec, who had no idea why I called. Thanks again ARS!!!!

They send a technician who just step in and start saying, It need to replace the pump will cost you 470 dollars. I inquired that if there will be more issues after replacing that but He keep saying first I will replace the pump than will tell you. I paid them 100 dollars diagnosis without proper diagnosis. I called them and request to send someone else. she said due to covid 19 This the only technician in the area. So everyone please carefull to bring them in its wastage of time and 100 dollars. Technician was very rude and all the time keep shouting on me.

Excellent Service, Punctual and Knowledgeable.

Two weeks ago we had our Refrigerator broke with no power supply contacted LG. LG referred to ARS and I'm glad they did. The technician Nicholay called us a head of the appointment time if he can come little early which we are happy to say yes. He is Punctual to arrive, knowledgeable to explain details about the issue. He resolved it in less time and made our fridge back to normal running condition. He checked other important parts condition (Ex: compressor) and made sure everything is ok. Sorry Nicholay if I spelled your name incorrectly and thanks so much for your service. Thanks ARS for your service in this unfortunate and unexpected situation that all of us are facing currently.

Very bad experience with them

Last month they came to repair my dishwasher, they couldn’t fix it and charged me for wrong part, again they came 6 times and they couldn’t figured it out what’s wrong with it. I asked them if they can refund me my money as they couldn’t fix it And but the lady hung up at me.

This was the second time we had water leaking into the trays in our less than 4 yr old Samsung fridge in our Ajax home. We called Bad Boy and they sent Rahul from ARS to fix the problem. He was very efficient & within minutes he diagonsed the problem. Luckily we purchased an extended warranty for the fridge & extremely happy that our fridge is now being replace by a brand new fridge by Bad Boy. We will highly recommend his service to our friends and family.

Easy to make appointment by phone, e-communication thereafter. Technician called ahead 15 minutes before arriving within promised time slot. He diagnosed the issue in a minute. Friendly, pleasant and professional and well protected with N95 mask, gloves and shoe covers. Completed replacement of defective part in less than an hour. This is a company that uses technology well to communicate, and I would do business again with them should the need arise.

Our Samsung washing machine broke down in the middle of the COVID crisis, adding to our stress. ARS had their tech Steve here in a couple of days, and he worked with Samsung to diagnose the problem and fix it.

Rahul Is Perfect and really professional, he basically solved the problem. Very patient to wait for the circle running and found out there is no problem and telling me do not put too much soap and softener in there. The washer works fine now

The technician, Qaiser, was proficient and knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He changed the gasket quickly (not an easy job!) and gave me several helpful hints. I will use ARS for any future service/repairs on all my appliances.

Our LG washing machine wasn't filling with water. Qaiser, the technician did a great job repairing it. Courteous and very polite. We would highly recommend this technician and the company. We were very pleased with the service that we received.
