Regarding this matter, our technician was there to help as he replaced the front touch board(which was fixed technically and visually), solving your initial issue for calling our services. Sometimes,there is a unfortunate situation when an appliance problem will unveil only after the part was replaced. Unfortunately the main board came up with a problem a few days after, and we offered to replace that for you, free of cost for labour, with only the need to pay for the part.
