Ars Repair & Installation

It's been over a month and i'm still waiting for my oven to be fixed. 3 visits and still not working... first it was the wrong part, then diagnosed wrong, now the part is on back order (for the last week and counting) JOKERS. Josh the "senior supervisor" has no clue when the parts were ordered or when they are coming in. repair guys do not keep notes on file. Last I heard it was the fan? again pure jokers these guys - stay away, you been warned.

There was a bit of a communication problem. We had to contact the company twice on the repair day to ensure we got service as the company could not locate the service person. If we had not called and been firm with ARS it is not likely we would have gotten the repair completed on the agreed upon day. Also, the unit number given to the service person was wrong and it shows as wrong on the job sheet provided by ARS. Our unit is 21 and they wrote down 14 and never changed it between service calls. Also, we asked for a 90 day warranty and received a copy of the job sheet - I am guessing??? that is the warranty?

Our repar technician was Alex Bromberg. I was very impressed by his professionalism, his ability to diagnose and repair the problems quickly and well. I have experienced many service people and he was truly outstanding in his knowledge and ability to find this somewhat obscure issue caused by the original installation when stacking these large units. Because the footings were not balancing the machines, one machine actually had damage from all the vibrating. He fixed the panels. Amazing.

My washer broke down during wash cycle on 21st Sept. I called ARS guys and they were able to book me in for repairs the same day; 22nd Sept. 2016. Technician Ido came in for repairs. He was on time, courteous, very professional and skilled; diagnosed it correctly and gave me a quote up front. The quote was reasonable. He had all the tools needed to accomplish the task. I enjoyed watching him do the job. My washer is up and running. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Well done guys

From the first interaction online through chatting with Jimmy it was a positive experience. Igal came to the house, he was very friendly and professional. He assessed the repair and explained the issue...it was a costly repair at an estimated $1100. He explained the next steps and when he would return. Igal returned to do the repair and was very quick and cleaned the area completely. Even with such a costly repair I am very impressed with the service I received. I was very happy to know they came as far as Shelburne.

The office manager is very good. Going all the way to satisfy customers. Working hard and addressing all the issues so promptly, even during the night. The owner is very responsive too.

Noah was very professional. He called to arrive early if convenient. Which was wonderful. He was obviously training another staff member and doing a very thorough job:)

Great service. Very nice people Ally sent a technician samy day as promised and didn't charge extra on the weekend .

Our 2 year old microwave died, and Noah and Pavel from ARS were dispatched to fix it. They were profesional, friendly, fast and explained what the issue was. Our fridge was also making loud noises and Noah was kind enough to check it and fix it in 5 mins and not charge us extra (it was not leveled and he quickly levelled it for us). Highly recommend them for appliance repairs.

I am very happy with ARS did the job fast and on budget. The technician was very nice helpful.
