The technician is so professional and worked pretty hard, very efficient...I've been very pleased for his job well done. He is friendly as well; we had a good time, sharing some good knowledge in life. I following to the door and said good bye with a big smile, and also sent some yummy cookies to his 5 yrs old son. He is a very good father as well.
Good people did make the life better and more beautiful to live.
