Mistakes Made, Admitted to, and Customer has to "Pay the Price"
The job was dispatched incorrectly the first time.
Second time, the technicians were late.
They did not touch base to notify of time or arrival.
Technicians were polite and capable.
Manager is polite and apologetic but seems to have no recourse to restore good will to the customer. He said, "This job did not go well, and unfortunately, you as a customer had to pay the price this time."
Dispatch operators are rude, and are also not empowered or trained on how to restore good will and recover a bad impression. I spoke to two women and they both said, "I'm sorry that we made a mistake, but what do you want me to do about it now? I'm just the dispatch."
The work is only guaranteed for 3 months after the time of repair.
HomeStars should check its credibility when they have a company like ARS with a high rating, and then you see Google ratings of the same company with very low ratings.
