The office manager is very good. Going all the way to satisfy customers. Working hard and addressing all the issues so promptly, even during the night. The owner is very responsive too.

You ordered in the gas technician with the explanation that there is a service call for him to arrive and diagnose the initial issue. By company policy, When going ahead with the work, we wave the service call. He offered you a pricing for labour to open the appliance and fix the exact problem, adding parts. As you did not feel comfortable with the price, you were charged service call for the technicians visit. We wish you all the best, Appliance repair service.

Appliance Repair review in Vaughan

Be ware! It is not their intention to fix anything, just charge for the visit. The technician even didn't bring the tools.I didn't get even diagnostics but got charged anyway.

But it was not gas services but Ac.
Also technician was not suggesting the price for repair he wanted extra 350 dollars and said this is just to continue diagnostics. He also said that after charging me 350 dollars for opening the unit he doesn't grantee the repair.
In Your opinion what should I assume when I here something like this. That he wanted to charge me extra for diagnostics without promising the repairs. He also didn't leave me any paper work indicating what is the problem. According to his words he wasn't sure. What did I pay for? I shouldn't pay!
The incident heppened in Vaughan not Cambridge. Not sure why is said Cambridge.
It is much easier to come do nothing and charge the money Ruther than do hard work!
