It was a pleasure dealing with all members of Value windows and doors. Quality products, professional installation and pleasant, polite installers. Upon receiving other quotes, I visited their showroom and had a first hand look at their products. No pressure sales and very informative. It was stressful making such a large purchase/investment. I did my homework and i can confidently say that it paid off. It has only been a couple days, but I can honestly say that I am happy with the new windows. We have a large front window. Looks great. More importantly, installed professionally.

They were there when they said they will be, they communicated every step of the way; they made every possible effort to minimize the impact such a large job had on us and were very respectful of all occupants of the house. They are pros at what they do and don’t leave the site until the work is 100% complete.

Value windows and doors really stand up to their name. They are a family business and you deal with a family member from quote to installation. The price was right for the high quality of these windows. I suggest to at least get a no obligation quote before placing an order with another company. Daniel, the owner comes to your house to quote and dealing directly with the owner without the sales pressure of someone on commission is so refreshing.

The quote from the owner was straightforward and i was pleased that dinstallation was done to a professional standard by their own people unlike many other companies that seem to subcontract out their work.

I found Value Window on the HomeStars website and contacted them to fix a problem caused by another window company. Mitch exceeded my expectations in communication, customer service and quality of service provided. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, eager to assist and professional. I used them a second time and they were just as excellent to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to friends/family.

We met the folks from Value at the Ancaster Home Show. They were the only vendor that didn't have the pushy sales pitch. They took the time to walk us through their business and products. The installation process was seamless and the door looks amazing!

I was extremely impressed with this company. They are family owned and have great workmanship. They came on time and put the windows in within one day. We ordered coloured windows and also a sliding glass door with blinds. It looks fantastic. They cleaned everything up and I was able to complete my payment over the phone. Would definitely recommend!

The crew did a great job of explaining what they were going to do and then executing it. The clean up afterwards was thorough. The installed Windows were clean with no stickers or fingerprints.

We were at a local home show in Milton where we first met Daniel from Value Windows and Doors. Right away we were drawn to his knowledge. We also like dealing with family run businesses when we can.

Later an an appointment was set up and Daniel came to our home. He explained what needed to be done and left us with some glass ideas for our new door. We met him the following Saturday I believe and chose the glass and ordered our door.
The installer came and measured the opening etc for the door and approximately five weeks later our door was installed.

Love it! The installation went smoothly and the men were very polite and worked well together to finish the door in one morning.

Would recommend Value Windows and Doors to everyone who wants a quality door installed with quality installation .
