Outstanding service!

We have had repeated issues with condensation in our ceiling and leaky soffits. We had someone try to diagnose the issue last year with no luck (we have vaulted ceilings so no attic to easily diagnose the issue). We called Calgary Elite Roofing and they were was our place within an hour on an extremely cold day and provided his views on what could be causing the issues...

He came back a few days later to cut an incision in the roof and better assess the situation and provide his recommendations. Very pleased with the service and outcome and I look forward to using Calgary Elite Roofing again when we need to replace our roof in the years ahead.

Cody and Jeff did a terrific job installing the roof jack for the exhaust fan in our laundry room. While working on this job Cody noticed that the 2 main level bathroom fans were not venting entirely outside, but partially venting into the attic. They came back and took care of this job. Both Cody and Jeff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They also helped us with another issue that we identified and provided us with a recommended fix. I would not hesitate to work with Calgary Elite Roofing in the future and highly recommend them.

We had snow drifts removed from our roof. The snow and wind storm created a number of very large drifts capable of doing a great deal of damage.

Calgary Elite Roofing came out to remove the drifts and did a great job! They were on time, professional, personable, and thorough. Before starting the job, they confirmed what was required and then went to work. In addition to removing a lot of snow from our roof, they shoveled it all off our walkways. Thank you!

Casey and Dan replaced some fascia that had blown off. Quick simple job with no hassles. Made it easy for me.

I noticed parts of my roof metal fascia siding was coming off during the weekend.
I called early monday morning and Dan was sent to fix it. He arrived faster than I expected and promptly fixed the roof siding.

Ive turned to Calgary Elite Roofing on 4 separate occasions now, and theyve always delivered exceptional service. I unequivocally trust their assessment of the situation/scope of work needed; their fair and honest cost estimating; their advice on what may be needed to make things most effective; and, on their installation work. Top notch groupespecially Jeff & Codycant say enough about them.

After spending the past several years dealing with various contractors on house remediation work (and additional projects needed to fix poor workmanship), I can tell you that poor trades are far more common than the good, reliable trades homeowners are looking for. Elite Roofing stands out as a bright star in that regard, and they have restored my faith that competent trades do in fact exist (if you can find them).

Several years ago I asked 3 roofing companies to provide a quote for re-shingling around skylights. The quote I received from Greg contained the most details, and was by far the most reasonable in terms of what was needed (another contractor tried to increase the scope by about 100%).

A couple of years later, when I experienced ice damming on my roof, I turned to Elite for emergency help. They arrived within hours to help remove the ice build-up, and again provided great advice that helped prevent more water from getting into the house (creating channels in the ice to allow water to drain off before returning the next day to chip off all the ice). Later, I needed their help again to install extra vents in my attic, which again they did a great job at and more importantly, they identified a bigger (unknown) problem that was caused by the poor attention and workmanship of a major remediation company provided by my insurer.

More recently, I used Elite to re-shingle the rest of my home and they did an exceptional job. Cody and Jeff were outstanding at communicating with me; they worked smart as they navigated around forecasted (and actual) rain; and, they cleaned up around the worksite at the end of each night.

If you have any roofing needs, and you want to find someone you can trust to deliver good quality work at a fair price, Elite Roofing is the only company you need to call. In my opinion, they are simply the best!

Truly blown away but their service level! My neighbours roofer took over a week to complete their place, left nails all around our properties, didn’t clean up in general. I figured that was standard. Elite communicated the day & time of my appointment, the installer politely let me know he was here, how long it should take, when he was stepping away, and when the job was done. There was no evidence/junk left behind. Thank you for paying attention to the details that are often overlooked.

Calgary Elite Roofing did the roofing on our house and garage. The job was done within budget and all the staff were professional and courteous. The new roofs look great and it is nice to know that they will be able to stand up to the worse of Alberta's weather. It is refreshing to deal with people that care about doing quality work.
