The installer replaced my broken tension springs, but advised that my Genie garage door opener motor was broken and needed replacement. He'd do that for $550. I bought the broken part for the opener online for $30 and replaced it myself. Works just fine now. I would have given high marks for the spring installation, but zero marks for mis-informing me about my "broken" opener

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you feel that our technician did not advise you correctly, we do not service Genie openers and therefore he advised you that he can not repair it but can offer you a new opener.
