Old garage door not functioning
In January 2017, two days before we were leaving on a long trip, the garage door cables snapped. Murphy's Law, right? We didn't have time to order a new door so the two men who came out (can't remember their names) suggested a used door, in good condition. OK with us!
They came the next day and took out the old doors (two of them) and replaced with the used ones. They worked well until last week, when one of them broke down again.
Called the company and the next day Simon came out, assessed the situation, fixed it, and it's working properly now. He explained what he was doing as I watched him work. Very friendly young man.
