Smart Move

These guys are amazing, professional and very accommodating. I have used them for two large moves and also a smaller move in which I just needed some large things moved around the house.

Patryk is courteous and always responds to my inquiries quickly, and they were respectful of all of my very tedious condo rules.

I highly recommend and will use them exclusively as my movers from here on out.

We've used Patryk and his team several times, for small moves, to help prepare for moves, and to relocate large items from inside the house to a loft in the garage. Patryk was punctual, responsive to requests and needs, and always accommodating, even when it meant moving a large piece of furniture from the first floor to the basement and back. Nothing was ever damaged, no walls were marred, even when moving a treadmill down the tight turn in a stairwell. Patriyk's prices are reasonable. I recommend him and Smart Move for any moving needs.

I would highly recommend Smart Move. This was the second time we have used them, and we will certainly use them again for any future moves. Patryk was very helpful in assessing what needed to be moved and providing an estimate, and stopped by a couple of times before the move to drop off packing materials (we did some of our own packing to reduce the cost). I was recommended to use Smart Move by my cousin. I was extremely satisfied with Patryk and his crew who agreed to move my house in the city and my cottage in the country to our new farm approx. 2 hours from Toronto. They worked solidly from 9:30 am until 12:20 am. We appreciated their very skilled moving and sorting of our belongings and we also had a few Ikea beds that needed to be disassembled. We have used Smart Move twice – once to move out of our house in 2013 and once to move back after our renovation in 2014. Outside of the actual move dates, Patryk has been responsive and helpful when evaluating the time the move would take, what resources he would need to complete, and provided a reasonable estimate of the cost. During the move, the team was careful with all parts of the move (especially on our return visit), efficient in dismantling and re-assembling furniture, and easy to work with. The job was completed in the timeframe expected and the final cost was as estimated – no surprises. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Smart Move again in the future.
