Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing

We had water leaking in to our basement through some poorly constructed window wells that weren't draining properly. Anatoliy quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested a much more reasonable and effective solution than other contractors. He was able to schedule the job very quickly and his team did an incredibly professional job. I also needed a report of what they found to be put together afterwards and Anatoliy was able to get me exactly what I needed. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the highly professional approach of Royal Work and Anatoliy.

Work included interior waterproofing, floor dig down to replace drains and add gravel, new concrete floor.

A big job, lots of labour required. Project manager was very available and accommodating.

Needed full interior basement waterproofing. It was a big job so I talked to three different companies. Royal Work was my choice because:
1. Appointment for estimate was setup quickly
2. Anatoliy did not try to upsell me on work that was not needed, gave me a quote on the spot, and had a team available to suite my timeline.
3. During follow up calls, Anatoliy answered all my questions patiently and agreed to slightly expand the scope of work to assist me with follow up basement refinish.
4. Provided quote was competitive.

The actual work started on agreed upon date. Work crew led by Yuri was great. They took care during demolition stage (making sure to remove only what had to removed, didn't cause any additional damage), solved many problems (water, vent, and drain pipes were all in the way), placed sump pump drain where I and my wife wanted instead of where it was convenient, and were always very courteous. Would definitely recommend the company!

Anatoliy and Vlad did a great job with my foundation. They were fast, very clean and I am very pleased with their work. I requested the regular sump pump and battery back up. I highly recommend them.

This company represented by Anatoly promptly visited our home and provided a detailed estimate and explanation of the waterproofing problem and solution. The crew came to our home a few days after acceptance of the contract estimate by us and worked diligently and professionally and left the site in a very clean condition at the end of each day and at the end of the project and answered our questions as the project was on-going and completed. This company was recommended to us by friends and we would without hesitation recommend the company and its work to others.

The work on my bunglaow just completed. I needed all four sides of my house waterproofed for reoccurring water seepage. My house is over 60 years old and there wasn't any work done to the foundation since the house was made. My experience with these guys has been nothing short of spectacular. It starts at the top with Anatoliy. He came to my house to give me the quote. I had meetings with a number of highly rated contractors off HomeStars. He was the only one that gave me a detailed quote and explanation of the process onsite at our meeting. Many of the other contractors went back and gave me a quote a few days later, and didn't really explain what they were going to do. I had an idea of what the job would be, be he really made an effort to explain the process and showed me pictures of his phone to better explain the process. I really appreciated that.

The crew they sent was comprised of Volodymyr, Lucas, and Marian. This is a great group of guys. They shared photos with me of the condition of the foundation before they started the work, and were very punctual everyday. The job was estimated to take 5-7 days, and they got it done within 4.

For a home owner, this is one of the biggest and expensive jobs you will have to do for your house, especially if you do all four sides. I spent some time looking up reviews and didn't want to cheap out on such an important project. This project was done during the Pandemic and money was a bit harder to come by. These guys gave me the best quote, are really knowledgeable, and provide a great service.

Would absolutely recommend these guys again for this type of job.
