General Gas Service

Keith very promptly replied to my inquiry. He was able to assess the scope of work via email with photos and give me a quote. He arrived on time, gave me a clear explanation of the work to be done and my gas line location options onsite. Keith was prompt, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and worked safely. Can't ask for more than that!

I had two enbridge red tags: gas range leak at the connection at the back, and a requirement to open up a hole on a dry wall at the furnace room to allow more air intake.
Keith was able to come on the same day I called at a time that worked for me after work. He finished both tasks carefully, in one hour. He also helped me take care of filling out the red tags to be returned to enbridge, which required a licensed TSSA. The rate was pretty reasonable so I am happy with everything.

I had Keith come out and evaluate options for installing a BBQ gas line at my house. He was very quick to get out to the premises and gave me a comprehensive estimate of the amount of time and cost that the installation would require.

On the installation date he was on-time and both Keith and his apprentice were very thorough and courteous. They made sure to clean-up the job and took the time to explain everything to me me before they left. Keith even had some helpful tips for operating my new grill! I'd highly recommend.

Keith and his apprentice Richard were amazing! I needed them to reroute a bottom floor gas line to the second floor deck. Not only did they give me a competitive price upfront, they also took on the job when a highly rated competitor on this sote wouldnt even attempt it because I didnt have stairs to my top deck.

They finished the job on time and even waited for the delivery guys who were supposed to delvier my bbq to arrive because they were running extremely late.

Keith also took the time to go over my furnace and give me tips on how to maintain it even though it wasnt part of the job.

I will not hesistate to recommend Keith to anyone looking for gas service.

We called Enbridge Gas due to a gas smell I noticed coming from our gas fireplace vent outside of the house. Turns out that was fine however Enbridge decided to check all outside gas lines and noticed 2 leaks and some issues in our gas lines and shut off our gas and RED tagged the lines and basically said good luck. We checked on Home Stars and found Keith, who came out within the hour and fixed the leaks and advised us on how to respond to Enbridge to clear the RED tags. Keith did a great job, was thorough, checked all lines inside and out of the house and checked all gas related appliances to ensure we were in ship shape. Thanks again Keith

I called General Gas Service for a simple check of my gas line before hooking up a gas BBQ. I called in the morning and Keith was able to make a same day visit. He assessed our gas line to make sure it was safe and in the process also looked at all the other lines.
