Joe did a fabulous cleaning job on our precious Persian rug. He was very knowlegeable and quick to see issues (stains) and recommend solutions. he was also very quick.... previously its taken 2 to 3 weeks... this was one week! would recommend him again and will use him again.

We just had our rug cleaned and fringed at Persian Rug Specialist at 603 St.Clair West. We were pleased with the services and happy to hear that a 25% discount was given for drop off and pick up. The owner Joe was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all rugs and he carries a wide selection of wool and silk machine made and handmade ones in his store.

I've used Persian Rug Specialists two or three times for rug cleaning over the past 5 years and thought they knew what they were doing and were fair.This summer one of my cats (now deceased) used my carpets repeatedly as his litter box and I was distraught. Joe and his team did a great job getting the smell and stains out of 4 of my carpets (even though they guaranteed nothing, as cat urine is so difficult to neutralize) and they even did a pick up and delivery for a small aditional charge. Pleasant people and a really decent outfit.

Drop my 3 x 5 off for cleaning and it was done professionally and on time. Joe indicated that for large carpets or multiples they'll be happy to come and pick up the carpents. We'll be using them again.

I have used Persian Rug Services for a number of years to clean my front hall area rugs which get a lot of traffic. Joe and his staff have always done a thorough job for a very reasonable price, including Scotch-guarding as an option. Always courteous and helpful. They are a great local are a great local resource.
