Joe and his staff provided excellent service. The rugs were re-fringed, cleaned and look beautiful. Home pick up and delivery service was professional and on time. I will always use this company for my Persian rugs.

I just was given a Persian Carpet, a family heirloom. I contacted Persian Rug Specialist after reviewing their ad and they were amazing. Unloaded from my car, taught me on the spot about this specific carpet and what they thought I needed to do - clean, repair, preserve. They even gave me an idea of its value! We agreed on the work to be done and it was returned exactly as promised and even placed perfectly in my living room. Yes I would recommend them for their care and knowledge.

We had two small (4x5) persian rugs which were well worn, dingy and desperately in need of cleaning as well as re-fringing.
I was impressed that the store advised us that while both of the rugs needed cleaning - only one really needed new fringes, the other would look fine after cleaning. Right they were.

We're very happy with the job, the carpets look like new, the fringes look great. We appreciate the honest and courteous service.

We had an old Persian carpet with much sentimental value to my wife. The carpet needed to be cleaned. Joe Mahdavi offered the best advice in how to clean and remove stains from the carpet. Joe is a real professional and is quite knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him.

I found this company in one of my community yellow pages, so, I called and had a brief conversation with Mr Mahdavi himself on the phone. He patiently, answered my questions in a friendly manner and gave me a fair price. I also noticed that he was quite knowledgeable about this industry. Therefore, I took my 2 carpets to their location for washing and they called me when it was ready.

In the end, I have to say that since I had some contacts with other community stores and Mr Mahdavi and his employee's approach was relatively better as well as their prices, I will definitely go there again and in case that some friends need, I will recommend them

We were referred to Mr. Mahdavi through our neighbor. We found him very knowledgeable, reliable and helpful since the first time we met. Our rugs hadn't been washed for 10 years and needed some small repairs. They came back SUPPER clean & dry, just good as new. We bought a carpet runner at Home Depot, and wanted the ends finished to prevent fraying. We found Joe at the Persian Rug Specialist. We brought in the runner, and less than a week later were able to pick up the runner.

The work that was done looks fantastic! They were able to match the colour of the end finish to the colour of the side finish. You cannot tell the ends were added later!

I have been using this service for several years now, and have found them to be fast, convenient, and reasonably priced. They will pick up your rugs for you, or print up their online coupon for a discount if you choose to drop off and pick up the rugs on your own. Cost is by the square foot. Additional repairs, if necessary cost extra.
