I am very happy and satisfied with the work Paul of Bathroom Design Build did. I could tell he took pride in the quality of work done. He was good to work with and communicated with me, keeping me informed during the process.

Paul did the renovation for my kitchen he did a great job, he is punctual always on time his tiling, plumbing all was meticulous, my kitchen looks so beautiful l definitely I will recommend him for any job at your home.

We needed to renovate our old powder room, We we’re looking for punctuality, detail oriented work and honesty, we were successful to find all these quayin dealing with Paul from Bathroom design built, he met and surpassed our expectations. The sequel was definitely as good as the original! Last year Paul renovated my bathroom and I was thrilled with it. This year he renovated my kitchen and I'm more than delighted. Truly my dream kitchen. On both occasions Paul demonstrated professionalism, skill and consideration for his client. He kept me informed at all times and best of all he left the work site clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Paul renovated our condo bathroom at the end of 2019. The main purpose of the renovation was to remove the existing shower and tiles and replace with a bathtub and new tiles. He also upgraded the vanity and toilet and flooring for us.

Since this is our only bathroom it was important that it be functional while renovations were taking place. Paul kept the bathroom functional and tidy and he worked quickly and efficiently.

We love the fixtures he recommended and the suppliers that he provided for us to select the vanity and tub. Paul has great attention to detail and design sense, and he is clearly knowledgeable about local building code and the requirements of working within a strata building. He was also flexible to our changing needs as we decided to expand the renovation to include the vanity, floor and toilet.

We would hire Paul again.

His patience, expertise, dedication and attention to detail meant that we got exactly what we wanted and more. There were so many things we didn’t think about that Paul made sure were done (and done to a very high level). Our kitchen was on schedule and Paul ensured he communicated fully throughout our reno. This really stood out to us and made the whole experience run smoothly. We also really appreciated that Paul ensured the place was organized/clean prior to him leaving each night, it made a huge difference and put our mind at ease.

Paul & Rob did a wonderful job renovating our ensuite, the second bathroom renovation they did for us in under one year. This was a bigger job and the results are beautiful just like the first reno.

The official ratings stop at 10 but Paul and Rob get an 11 from me. Beginning with complete honesty and transparency in the quoting, Paul then helped me out as I was choosing material, offering the pros and cons, their work was impeccable, and Robs tiling was spectacular. They left the apartment clean and tidy each day and as mentioned, by taking on one job at a time, the downtime is as minimal as possible. They are also incredibly kind and gracious individuals who put up with me hovering around and cats who wanted to supervise. I've already recommended them and will continue to do so.

We have held off from renovating because of past experiences with less than professional contractors. We discovered Bathroom Design Build by chance when I noticed the company van in our area. That led to their website and Facebook page. The reviews were good so we reached out to Paul. During our first face-to-face, I stated my one insistence: “if you start this project, you have to stay with it to the end. No bouncing between customers”. “I work one job at a time” was Paul’s response to me. We got the quote, a start and end date. What started out as a huge obstacle for us turned out to be fun and exciting. Paul, we couldn’t be happier with the results. We are not the only people happy with Paul’s work. We now have to wait to the end of the summer to have our second bathroom renovated.
