Ducky's Drains

From the moment that I phoned Ducky Drain I was shown professionalism and respect. I had baby wash clothes sick in my tub drain and had been unable to bath my kids.
Andrew came out and efficiently got the drain unplugged although it was not an easy task. His expertise, honesty, friendliness to myself my children and affordability made a frustrating ordeal for me far less stressful. I would very highly recommend their services to anyone and wouldn't think of hiring another company but them for any future plumbing needs.

Super awesome company!! My wife and I freaked out when we saw water stain on our ceiling. Monan booked us in for the same day and Andy took care of the drain issue. Andy covered the floor really well so that he could keep surrounding clean for our 2 yr old son. Up front pricing and very affordable. I can count on Ducky's service if anything happens next time. Strongly recommended!!!!!

I can honestly not say enough good things about Ducky's Drain, we have had them out multiple times to fix common issues with our plumbing as well as to fix work performed by other Plumbing companies in Calgary before we found Ducky's.

Prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. Always able to get us in and accommodating to our schedules. At this point we would be comfortable leaving them a key with instructions to fix what needs to be fixed, trusting their judgment to do the job right and fairly priced.

Had a main sewer back up...called Ducky's and they were quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. Not the first time we've used Andy and definitely not the last! He is my go to plumber!

andy replaced two hose bibs for us. he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. this is the only company i've dealt with that charges only for the time it took to do the job (and not for the full hour even though it only took half an hour). i'm very impressed with all aspects of the service. i would definitely consider them for future work and highly recommend to others.

We had a major issue with our hot water tank that was only 5 years old. Called Andy and he was able to come out and take a look, turns out the tank needed to be replaced he did it quick and was able to get the tank cost covered under warranty! Over all great experience and Ducky's is the only plumber we would call!

This work was performed in Airdrie. They were fast, responsive and very reasonable in price for the service. I will certainly use them again, if I ever require any further service. I would also recommend them without hesitation.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would definitely recommend Ducky's Drains as they efficiently fixed my plumbing problems (broken pipes under the basement floor) and got things running good as new!

I had a leak in the waste water drain pipe in my basement and was terrified my basement floor would have to be dug up. Andrew came over and inspected everything with his drain camera and thankfully determined it was a seal above ground that had perished. Andrew cleaned the pipe and resealed the joint now everything is fine. I was extremely happy with the service Andrew provided, very thorough, efficient and clean, you would never know anyone had been in. I would have no hesitation in using Andrew again or to recomend him to friends (which I already have done).
