Professional, knowledgeable, and personable - could you really ask for anything more? Faucet was leaking, diagnosed, and quickly repaired - saving money for a new one and the time to install a new one. Your interest seems to genuinely come first with Ducky, which from my experience, is a feeling you don't get from many contractors. Would absolutely recommend Ducky for any plumbing services.

Our company uses Ducky's for all of our maintenance plumbing issues. When managing residential real estate, plumbing issues can be very costly! Ducky's has been excellent in responding to issues promptly and fixing them. There has not been a problem they have not been able to diagnose and repair.

Ducky's goes over and above when doing service calls for us. They have saved us thousands of dollars in preventative maintenance. They have taken the initiate to track the parts used in our rental properties to save time when they are called out to replace an item. This was their initiative to help us save money! How many companies do that for you?

I truly wish we had more trades like Ducky's. They are honest, reliable and hard working.

My toilet had started to leak around the base (the wax ring needed replaced) and my fill valve was constantly running over, got 3 or 4 different quotes and based on the reviews here and their very reasonable quote, decided to go with Ducky's Drains. Their guy arrived on time and had the whole job completed in 45 minutes!! He cleaned up once finished and left no mess or water on the floor. Toilet is working perfectly no more leaks or running valves. The final cost was $40 less than the original quote also!!
I asked them to price another job for me when he had finished as we will be doing renovations in the near future. Again a very reasonable quote, so I will be using them again, come renovation time. I would highly recommend Ducky's Drains to anyone that has a plumbing problem, First class service!!

Had a small sewer back-up on a Sunday. I called around to a few places to see who could make it over ASAP to help me out. Their price was resonable for the emergency call out and the work was top notch. And it was only an hour wait or so for them to show up. Their 10 star rating is well deserved. They are now my first call for any plumbing issue I can't handle on my own. Very impressed.

I am a bit late in posting this recommendation as the work was done in early November. My wife and I moved into a new (new to us built in 2001) house in October. The home inspection turned up a water leak coming from the upstairs bathroom bathtub. We had my sister-in-law and her partner moving in with us temporarily and really needed the use of the shower. 1 shower for 4 people really doesn’t work/ I called around and no plumbers were available on such short notice. A coworker suggested checking Home Stars. I found Ducky’s Drains and called. Andrew showed up the same day I called and was in and out in no time. He fixed the cause of the leak and we have had no further issues. He also checked and fixed our other drains to ensure they wouldn't start leaking in the future. I highly recommend Ducky's Drains.

Andy came to replace a hot water tank on the Saturday before Christmas. We so appreciated that he took the time to educate us about maintaining our new tank and what to do in case of emergencies. Very prompt, clean, and highly efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend Ducky's!
