This morning I found out few of my roofing shingles thrown away with the wind and supposed to rain late evening.So I called Peter and he offered wonderful customer service and was able to assist us in very short notice. He did an excellent job on our roof on such a tight timeline. I would highly recommend Peter and his team for his efficiency and hard-work.He is very relatable and trusted individual.

I would recommend City Roofing in a heartbeat - Peter and his crew are professional, treat potential customers with friendliness and respect, and are experts in their field. I moved into an older home and water started leaking through my second floor ceiling at an alarming rate, a few days after a big rainstorm. I called about half a dozen roofing companies in my area and Peter was the only one who promptly returned my call (within a few hours - others either took a few days to call me back, or not at all). He was able to come out the next morning to assess and give me a quote for replacing the upper roof. He showed me some photos of my roof and explained what he saw as issues (which were consistent with another roofer who came once but then never called me back). He was then able to fit me in fairly soon afterwards and completed the work in a day. I recently thought that our lower roof had a leak and Peter again came out promptly to assess the situation, even though it didn’t end up needing any work. I would highly recommend City Roofing.

Peter and his team were great. They arrived on time and completed job on time. They are very clean as they set up tarps to capture all debris as they took off existing shingles. They also protected our and our neighbors property by placing plywood over windows. Peter kept me informed of progress throughout day with pictures ensuring that everything was going to plan. I would recommend City Roofing.

We found out that some type of animal (suspected to be raccoon) had been tearing at the shingles around a roof vent.
Emailed Peter (who had replaced our shingles back in 2015) about taking a look at it.
He came the next day and repaired the shingles plus putting on a metal screen to deter future damage.
At our request he also climbed up to the top of the roof to inspect (we have had frequent windstorms in the city lately) for any other damage.

I'd be more than happy to recommend City Roofing:
- 4 years ago, they were quick to provide a quote and quick to do the installation (one day remove and install for a 2 story detached house).
- This year, quick response to come and repair my animal damage this year.

Everything was finished professionally according to contract. Peter is a friendly guy, he took his time to answer our question and explained to us what were done. I am so impressed with the cleanup afterwards, it was a job well done.

Peter was so easy to get in touch with as well as remain in touch with throughout the whole process. He was available to answer all of our questions and provided honest recommendations based on what we needed to get done.

The quality looks great, it's been almost a full year since the installation service and we're very pleased with how everything turned out. Peter's quote was not the lowest we got, but was still very reasonable (we obtained 5+ quotes in total). Some of our neighbours also had their roofing done by City Roofing & Aluminum years ago as well earlier on in 2018 (they passed along their business card) and it was because of the quality we saw on their roofs over the years, compared to others, that we decided on them in the end. They came recommended and did not disappoint! We'd recommend them as well!

I am very satisfied with the roof replacement work down by City Roofing. I had my entire roof replaced with the GAF roofing system as City Roofing is a GAF Factory-Certified installer. Peter and his work crew are very professional. From making the estimate to the installation, Peter is involved in all the steps. He provided photos of the materials that were used, the work in progress as well as the finished roof. On the day of the work they were careful not to damage the driveway with the garbage container by placing wood boards to protect the driveway. After the work was done Peter also completed the manufacturer warranty registration and provided a copy of the warranty. My only quibble is that it is sometimes hard to get a hold of Peter by either phone or text.

We had a bathroom fan installed during the winter and needed a roofing company to complete the exhaust with a roof vent. I was referred to City Roofing by a friend who had his roof installed by this company and was very happy.

Peter came on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job with the roof vent installation. He took pictures of the install and explained the vent features.

I had a few questions regarding other areas of the roof done by a previous roofer and Peter was very kind checking them for us and giving us peace of mind. He even installed a missing metal piece at no extra cost. Furthermore, he explained proper care for a long lasting roof!

The roof replacement was done professionally and on schedule. However, there were some minor issues after the roof was installed that required attention and it took a long time and with some frustration before Peter (the owner) got back to me and fixed the problems. With all that said I am still giving this company a 10 because when Peter came back to fix my roof he was really thorough and meticulous. I appreciate the care he took in fixing my roof.
