Peter contacted me through a posting I created on Homestars. I have attached an entire transcript of my conversation with Peter Yee after he first called me. You will see this deadbeat is full of promise and never showed up. I had to contantly babysit Peter and ask him if he was coming. He never showed up once. First because he was too busy with another job. Next, he says will show at 9:00 am (before any rain was to start that day) only to conveniently be so close to my house at noon and turn the car around because it was raining (It stoped raining a half hour later). Eventually he just stopped replying. Definitly call this company if you want someone overprinced and unreliable who wont even show up. Found a local person to do the job for half the price. Thanks Peter, you are top notch respectable person in the industry. We should all be so lucky to want to do business with a company like yours with such great integrity!

We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our service. As we all know that exterior work especially roofing repair is highly weather depending and there's no way we can predict the weather accurately. When it rains, we inevitably have to put off the work before even starting until the next scheduled day is set up again. Often we won't come back half an hour later to re-start the work as the weather may change again. On the other hand it is very important for a roofing contractor to take responsibility of customer's property for any water damage in case of unexpected weather factors.
All in all, we do strive to provide the fastest service possible to our customers but unfortunately weather change is beyond our control.
