Torex Moving

We had a wonderful experience with Torex Moving! We had to move locally and packing in itself is stressful but from the moment the movers arrived they greeted us warmly and went right to work on moving our 1 bedroom apartment. We had some big items that they moved with ease and nothing was broken in the process. Was wonderful and very personable and so were the other two movers (sorry I forgot your names!). They placed all the furniture exactly where we wanted and disassembled and assembled furniture seamlessly. Thank you!

I've moved multiple times over the years and this by far was the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.

Avoid this moving company. Will not comply with health and safety regulations (refusing to wear masks in MY HOME). Alecia is non compliant and flat out rude. Andrii is the owner of the company and the one who refused to wear a mask.

Great experience with! The guys did a really good job, very friendly and polite. they move everything carefully, wrap and box what needed special care and put everything back together at the new place. They arrived at the exact time as we agreed. Moreover, they gave me their discount card which is really great! I will continue using their service as I think it’s one of the best moving companies!

A large 470 lb. Napoleon BBQ was moved from South Mississauga to North Mississauga. The moving vehicle was a large closed trailer pulled by a pickup truck. They had no equipment (ropes etc.) to strap this BBQ to any anchors. They transported it at the back of the trailer and apparently put one of the front castors into an anchor track running down the middle. At delivery the castor was demolished into a pile of fragments. The driver took pictures of everything, admitted it was his fault and sent the pics to office. When he was describing what happened it was clear that he was asked if this was already damaged and he confirmed that it was his fault. I was told I would get a call. No call, no responses to my emails. I spoke to the lady who arranged everything and was told that the boss says this was an old barbecue (he had never seen it). I took a picture of this Napoleon top of the line BBQ that was in new condition and only 5 years old. This company is obviously run by dishonest people and should be avoided. I purchased the castor myself and installed it. The cost is not the issue, for $30 or so they could have settled this. The principal fact is that this company is dishonest and would likely do the same for much bigger damage.

The owner of this company has not returned my goods. Do not use them. Breakables which were packed properly were broken. He insisted on breaking down a cabinet which he broke in the process and did not offer any compensation for his mistake. The worst of it is that there are missing items, the day of the move, that he mentioned are still in his warehouse and he would deliver the next day. It has been about 2 months and he has disappeared. I still don't have my missing furniture or box of goods. He is not answering. This mover has no integrity and is very deceitful. DO NOT USE HIM!!!

I have been using this company for a long time and all the time the service was very high quality. The approach to detail is on a high level. All my friends are very satisfied. Thus, highly recommend.

It is the worst company to move with. Please never work with them. I am planning to demand them for all the problems that they caused. I never complain about anything but the passed the limit

They did a fantastic job and we are really impressed with them. They were efficient and professional and did a very good job and we're just really happy with them.
