Coverall Roofing

Coverall Roofing was one of several companies we contacted when we decided to replace the roof of our house. While not the least expensive, it was price-competitive, but the primary reason we decided for this company was the stellar job of its Sales Representative, George .
George showed up on time and well prepared for our first meeting, answered all our questions (including the ones we asked as he was taking photos of the roof, using the drone), and ended up answering some more even after hours and on the weekend. He accompanied the entire process, through the presentation and approval of the budget and until the work was totally completed. George did an outstanding job and is a testament to his company!!
Also, a very special Thank You to the crew that did the roof replacement! Kudos to them for working tirelessly for 12+ hours until the job was done (including leaving the place spotless clean, even when the work ended after sunset); and for doing Great work, while patiently answering our questions as the work was being done!!
We will definitively endorse this company and recommend it to our family and friends!

Purchased an old house in Toronto and experienced several leaks in various places over the course of a year. We engaged several contractors and found that Coverall Roofing was both the most responsive as well as the most thorough in their initial assessment. Throughout the entire process George provided us with photographs and detailed explanations of the issues with our roof and causes of the leaks. He also gave frequent updates regarding the progress of the work (which took two days total) and ensured that he had our approval before proceeding with any additional items. After the work was completed our property was left perfectly tidy, and we have yet to encounter any leaks since. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Coverall Roofing to anyone looking to have the job done quickly and professionally.

The Coverall Roofing team was awesome, replacing our roof, gutters and downspouts. First, we met with George Lyons to provide a quote. After taking some measurements he took us through the 2 versions of shingle samples, helping us to make an informed decision as to the best choice for our home. Considering the scope of the project, we thought his quote was very reasonable.
The project started the next day when the materials his team would need were dropped off as promised.
The following day George’s team arrived as expected 8am. We appreciated their promptness and the fact that they showed up when they were expected. That doesn’t always happen with contractors!
George advised me that he would be in touch by email on the project as well as being on site from time to time. I met some of his team members and they were friendly, professional, and hardworking; finishing the roofing part of the job in one day!
When roof, gutters, and downspouts were all completed George came back for a final inspection and to ensure we were satisfied. We were. See drone shots George took. (attachment) Too cool!

Mark and his team at Coverall Roofing are amazing. After calling around and other companies saying they would come out and did not, I reached out to Coverall and the owner Mark returned my call immediately and came out personally to look at the roof. He provided details of what needed to be done and advised on what the best options were for the skylights. My wife had expressed her concerns with the leaks and that it looked like it was ready to come down. Mark had his team here immediately and the work completed in a day. George and his team did high-quality work at a reasonable price replacing the roof of our 100 year old house. They were highly recommended by neighbours and had replaced several roofs on our street. Just from looking at their work on the other houses from street level it looked like they paid close attention to detail. Dealing with George and his crew was also very pleasant. They were all professional and friendly. George was happy to discuss and explain his plan, without any pressure, and the answers he gave made good sense, which made me confident we had found the right company for the job.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with, in advance he clearly explained the work that would be completed and was honest with his assessment. The price was very reasonable given the scope of the work for both sections of roof, peaked with shingles, and the flat roof at the back.

The crew did a fantastic job, they were very quick and professional, and their work was stellar. Afterwards they cleaned everything up, and my neighbours were very impressed.

Mark and his team were outstanding on every level. Professional, competent, and keeper us advised every step of the way. Also cleaned up every last speck of garbage, which is appreciated. We have already recommended Coverall to friends!

Mark, Wes, and team did an amazing job. The work looks top notch and the guys were super professional. Job completed on schedule and clear communications from Mark along the way. Definitely recommend and would use them again (although I’ll bet the waterproofing job they did will last forever, so not sure when I’ll need to do this again :-)

What a pleasure to work with George and his workers. I called Coverall Roofing on a Monday and left a message requesting an estimate to have my garage re-shingled. George got back to me within hours and came by shortly after to give me an estimate. We chose him over the others we had give us an estimate. He said the work could be done on the Wednesday and his crew would be here by 8am.

The crew actually showed up about 7:30am on the Wednesday and got down to work. The job was completed by 12 noon. Everything was cleaned up, no material left around anywhere.

I have dealt with a lot of contractors, and I am really impressed with George and Coverall Roofing .....and their workers ....for their professionalism and work ethic.
