My experience dealing with Mark at Coverall Roofing was simply a pleasure. He was friendly, open and honest and very professional. He was always easy to reach for any questions I had and he made the whole experience stress free which is very important to me. After speaking with a couple of other roofing companies it was easy for me to decide that Coverall Roofing was the company for me when it came to installing a new flat roof and skylight. Their price was fair and their knowledge definitely stood out from the rest. I would be the first to recommend Coverall Roofing to anyone and with owning a number of other properties myself I would certainly feel confident that I could depend on their service for any future roofing needs.

From the inspection visit to the estimate to the job, it was all very professional. Roof now looks completely different and was done on time, without any issues. They even did some extras for me which I was happy about. Overall very positive.

I needed new shingles and a skylight installed on our home we are renovating. I really didn’t have any referrals from anyone so I Just started looking on the internet. Many roofing companies cane up on my search and I selected four that had good reviews.
I called the four that I had picked, called all of them the same day and George from CoverAll roofing was the first to call back, almost immediately. I only heard back from one of the other three companies, four days after my initial call.
George came by my house, we discussed the scope of work. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestion. He came back later that day with a quote along with prices for upgrades and any repairs that may be required.
We liked what we saw on the quote and booked. They took care of everything from start to finish including drone photos of the finished product.

It was time for an overhaul of the flat roof on our building’s war-era addition. The original roof-drain still worked, but layers of tar and gravel finally failed after decades of tough weathering. Water was getting through to us and our living room ceiling directly below torturously dripped during light rain showers. I contacted Mark, of Coverall Roofing. His detailed job quote addressed all my concerns over the roof’s function and appearance as well as specifics regarding safe waste disposal.

The work day proceeded as outlined in our contract. The crew arrived on schedule and removed layers of gravel and tar down to the boards. Layer by layer, flat roll roofing material was systematically applied,and previous builders’ blunders fixed. New drain, proper flashing where the original roof slope met the flat-roofed addition, metal caps on the parapets and so forth. Done in a day. The finished roof now looks immaculate and we’ve no need for buckets to catch a leak.

George was fantastic during the entire process, never missing a step. The first day we had a crew of 5 to take off our roof (we even had cedar shingles down). The next day a crew of 7 came, that included the guys installing the the shingles. Front to back it took a total of two full days. I would highly recommended this company as they did fantastic work.

I’d recommend these guys to anyone - the team definitely seemed like they really enjoyed their job too, lots of banter and good times too. Great people & great company!

Had a great experience with Coverall. Mark was easy to work with - he was responsive and gave a low pressure inspection and estimate. The breakdown of work was clear and his crew worked hard to complete everything quickly. It was a big, messy job (old flat roof) and they were able to leave the area cleaner than they found it. Definitely recommend them.

On another note, the collection of various UK accents on the crew made my wife feel she was in the middle of an episode of Outlander. So, that may be another selling point for some people.

My neighbour was fixing her roof and replacing an eavestrough by coverall for the following day and Mark provided me with a quote as well to replace my entire eavestroughs/rain gutters. They were able to fit me in at the same time as my neighbour. Mark and 2 others were able to complete the work for both of our semi attached homes in a 1.5 days. It would have been completed on the same day but there was an issue with the structure of my roof and a new rain spout that wasn’t previously there needed to be installed at the front of the house to prevent water pooling and causing further damage to the bricks at the front of the house. My neighbour had concerns about the aesthetics and Mike went through the different options. The work was temporarily stopped until Mark dropped by to discuss the options again and Mark was able to come to an agreement with my neighbour and they returned a few days later and completed a couple of hours later. Looks great! Pleasing two neighbours with a semi attached house may unexpectedly get complicated but both Mike and Mark handled it with patience. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
