What a great company! Highly recommended. No pesticides, just used heat. What was a horrible experience turned out to be very easy once we got the right company and the problem was.....gone! Amazing. The owner Mike was so nice and so professional. Thanks.so much.

service was good and efficient, what struck me was the installers
knowledge and information given to me, not simply applying chemicals and leaving. I would recommend just bugs as a reputable outfit.

I was infested, I called Just-Bugs, they came out, we spoke about my problem and they offered a solution. They were very helpful and understanding and were able to fit me in quickly. They came through big time, as I have kids and they were great in providing this service. The bugs were killed. I'm happy I chose the right company, with the right approach that did not involve chemicals

Company Response: In todays environment many folks are hesitant to use chemicals, especially when they have children in the home. Because we used heat treatment the bed bugs were eradicated without the need for any chemicals. I am so glad that this approach worked well for you and again, thanks so much for the great review! Many of my rental units were infested with bed bugs. It was a horrible experience and I was overwhelmed with the prospect of how to deal with the problem. What a life saver Just Bugs was! Not only did they get rid of the bugs, it was done professionally and expertly. Peace of mind for my tenants and myself! Just Bugs was amazing & I cannot thank them enough for the work and service they provided.

It was the long Canada Day weekend and Just Bugs was the only company that called me back! He gave us excellent service, he was very professional and knowledgable about the service. Mike was prompt and discreet and performed the service I needed. He solved the problem and gave me peace of mind. I would 100% recommend Mike and Just Bugs to anyone who is experiencing this problem. Great company!

Absolutely amazing service! I had horrible bed bugs and was at my limit. After 2 failed chemical treatments, Just Bugs arrived with a smile and success! I cannot tell you how delighted I was with the service and the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
