We have sole-sourced all our HVAC maintenance and installations to Distinct H/C since moving into our home. Frankly, their team has exceeded all our expectations. As value-added, they maintain a 'trades' network of ancillary subcontractors (e.g., electrical, plumbing) and may suggest other service providers (pre-vetted to their own standard) upon request.
That said, the installation/maintenance team had a preference for pop-country music while they worked. I would have enjoyed a little Wutang Clan (holla). Nobodies perfect.

Sorry to hear our install crew has less than perfect music choices but as you said no body is perfect lol!
