I was so impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and immaculate attention to detail by my cleaner Moesha. It was my first cleaning with Maid4Condos and she certainly got the company off on the right foot in my books and made me feel confident about my choice to book a monthly service. Routine cleaning

Duct Cleaning review in Old Toronto

From 2022: The team did a great cleaning of my home this week. Ive been using the service for a couple of months now and not all of the cleaners have been up to my standards (or M4Cs, apparently) but when I followed up management has been gracious about honouring their satisfaction guarantee and making sure the job gets done properly.

Update: After year and a half or so of regular service, I've given up. Some of the cleaners are excellent and on the days that one of those cleaners is onsite, the work is great. Unfortunately, though, too many of the cleaners do, at best, a mediocre job and I have to clean after they leave. (I already tidy up before they arrive to make the job easier.) When I get someone other than my preferred cleaner, M4C people are very apologetic when the cleaning isn't done properly but it's too expensive and frustrating if the only way to ensure a proper cleaning is for me to watch and correct as they work.

My cleaner, Maritza, let me know when she arrived (I wasn't home) and confirmed when she finished. Moving & Storage review in Toronto

We used their services to get out condo cleaned and they've done and excellent job! Rodrigo, Veronica, and Elizabeth were amazing and they were extra cities and friendly, even towards our hyper energetic dog! We will definitely use their services again.
