IKEA kitchen cabinets were installed on site with some customization to them. Alexander did the installation very professionally. This was the second time I requested the services. Initially at my previous home and when I needed the services again I had no hesitation in calling him.

We wanted to work with a kitchen installer that was flexible and open to discussing various solutions. We have some awkward piping and jogs in the wall that meant cutting some cabinets to suit the space. Alexander was very easy to talk to and review ideas, he offered his own suggestions and was able to provide great solutions. With the IKEA kitchen we choose becoming 'special order' this was very important. We are very happy with the work completed, the time and the overall work ethic. Would absolutely recommend IKEA Kitchen Installation and will call them again for my next kitchen!

My original contractor worked on smaller projects before starting on my kitchen. I stopped him there as his work was not professional looking.
I found Alexander, Ikea Installation, on Home Stars, in a panic.
Alexander was very easy to communicate with, and squeezed my kitchen in at the last minute.
He had to troubleshoot the original design concept and was very creative and efficient in his planning and redesign.
He gave me the best plan based on what we had to work with. Because of his smart use of product and space, I was left with a kitchen that far exceeded my wishes. I felt relieved by his professionalism, skill and attention to detail. I have a clean and polished kitchen, that has added resale value to my investment.
I will use Kitchen Installation again on my next home.

Hiring Alex for my kitchen installation was one of the best decisions I have made. He did a fantastic job! Professional and efficient service at a very reasonable price. He did a lot custom cuts for me which were included in this price, unlike many other installers who change extra for custom cuts. He pays attention to details and is very pleasant to work with. There was a challenge to install false door fronts around the island, because ikea had run out of stock for the large cover panel that is required to mount the doors, Alex tackled it beautifully, his solution was very smart and he made the finish look even better! Yesterday the counter-top contractor came to measure and template, he said to me that Alex did a very nice job on the kitchen installation. I'm now so proud of my kitchen and thanks so much to Alex for his excellent service!

I have contacted Alex re my Ikea kitchen installation based on his Homestars reviews. His response was fast and his quote came back reasonable. More so, he was also available on a short notice and that sealed the deal. Alex struck me as the person who really knew the ins and outs of Ikea kitchens and had great ideas and suggestions on how to best modify or tweak our design. More so, we have made changes once the cabinets were installed, which required extra work in taking them down, trimming, etc and Alex did it for us without hesitation. Alex was also able to customize an Ikea cabinet for us our sizing was different from what Ikea offered and it looks great. At the end, I couldn’t be happier with the work Alex did on the kitchen.

I am very happy that I chose to install the new kitchen with Alexander. He has been very efficient at a very reasonable price. The work was done with great professionalism while also providing advices to ensure that we are happy with the result. Alexander is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work, even things that I thought were looking good, he found ways to improve them.

Working with Alex was an excellent experience. From the design using Ikea's online planning tool through to the actual installation, Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
He was professional, patient and diligent throughout the entire process.
His integrity was also very refreshing because as anyone who has gone through a renovation knows, there are many 'piranhas' out there.
Despite a less-than desirable workspace ( because we were in the middle of a major renovation with other trades on site), Alex was accommodating and still executed to perfection. He did our kitchen in two (2) days by himself, and even did some unplanned customization on site.
I have already recommended Alex to two (2) friends who will be renovating their kitchens this year.
Do not hesitate to hire Alex - you will not be disappointed.
And I could not agree more with another reviewer that said they wished they had an Alex for everything because so do I!!!!

We've had about a dozen different trades people into our home during our renovations, and none were more pleasant, responsible, conscientious, thorough and efficient than Alexander. My DH said "I wish we had an Alexander for everything". I especially liked how he kept his work space clean and tidy, how every tool and piece of equipment was neatly organized and that he brought his own healthy lunch to eat. Those probably don't seem important or even relevant, but I felt it was an extension of the care he takes with everything. There wasn't one aspect of the work he did over the two days that wasn't superb.
