Wow 1 Day Painting

I received a great quote from WOW 1 Day Painting as my voucher didn't include the entire area to be done. The 2 painters were excellent. There was confusion about the extra that I paid as they left after the "8 hours" were completed. They also missed a spot which I noticed after (painted the middle but didn't edge it). Someone was supposed to get back to me but no one has and its been a couple months. Overall very happy just want the job 100% finished.

I don't think any service I've ever had has made me as happy. The workers were professional, prompt and provided excellent work. The men who came to my home were amazing. Everything was kept clean, tidy and they were done in no time. I had my entire basement painted along with the front entrance. EXCELLENT Work. So happy!!!!

Everything was great with WOW painting! They did have a bit of a scheduling issue (mixup) and the painters showed up 3 hours late. BUT the painting crew painted 2 extra rooms for me at no charge (to make up the bo bo)- I thought that was awesome!! All around this company was really good from start to finish. Yes they had bit of a mixup(every company will from time to time) but they sure know how to deal with their mistakes and keep the customer happy!

I was given a living social voucher to use toward painting from wow 1 day as a gift. Because the room was 2 stories tall, the quote came out to more than double the voucher. We had to hold off for a while, but we were able book an appointment to redeem the voucher about 6 months later.
There was a bit of confusion about what the quote had included, as there was such a large gap between quote and appointment (not everything was explicitly stated and the person who had prepared it had left the company), but everyone we worked with was professional and courteous.
The result was impressive. 3 painters powered through a very tall room with numerous alcoves, rounded corners and a staircase in only a few hours. They were very tidy and precise.
Carol helped sort out the appointment and answered all my questions and Lana was the head of painting team. Both were especially helpful, but everyone was a pleasure to work with.
I initially thought the price was a bit high, but I find it understandable since I had a freshly painted room in less than half a day.

Overall I was satisfied with the workmanship provided by the 4 person crew in late May 2014 where they painted the 2nd floor exterior of my house.
I noticed one area where the paint has since started to peel and raised it with the WOW customer service department. They said that they had contacted the local manager and to await a call, but I have yet to hear back.

Clean, friendly, efficient and simply amazing. I have used twice and will definately use again... there is a bedroom that needs painting and I won't make the mistake of painting myself - now that I know that Wow is Wow!

True story! Guys showed up to paint and after I came back to check I noticed the living and dining room was the wrong color! Wife who chose the colors was at work and I was thinking she might like this color (maybe) so guys keep going for the whole day! Wife came home and said NOOOOO! Turns out the paint place had not mixed correctly. WOW came back next day and REDID the two rooms. They MADE IT RIGHT even tho no fault of thiers! HATS OFF to a great company who did an excellent job and went the extra mile! To few companies like this now!

I bought a promotial coupon through living social for 8 hours of painting from Wow1day. I actually had to get two different people from wow stop by my house. One told me that i would have to pay another $600 on top of the voucheur, i told him i would book the appointment in the next few weeks. When i called to book the appointment the employee who gave me the quote had been fired and a new quote needed to be done. When the next wow employee came by, they said the voucheur would cover the full area to be completed. We booked a date to get the work done and left it at that. I was told to get the paint and do some prep work done before the appointment. The night before the painters were set to arrive i got an email from the general manager saying that since they had picked up some new work and were busy that they would not be able to come and do my basement for the next three months. I thought that this was unacceptable service, and requested to speak with the general manager but he would not return calls. I only ever got emails from him saying basically that he was too busy to help me and that since i had a voucheur i was up the creek without a paddle.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the professionalism of this company. From the sales person (Carol) to the staff that worked on the project (Lana, Art and Mario). Thank you for the wonderful job. It is great to have such professional service completed on the day that was stated on the quote. We got what we paid for.

My husband tried his hand at painting; needless to say we ended up having to call painters to repair. Our time limit was very tight as we are having company. I called and they came and did the walk thru estimate with us very quickly. Scheduling was done., they arrived on time 3 painters and did the job they were hired to do. Very satisfied and will recommend to family and friends for sure., and will have them back to complete the upstairs painting. Thanks guys, it was appreciated.
